It is fully appreciated that it can be a daunting and sometimes difficult process, when suffering an incident of Loss / Damages to your Property, whether it is a Holiday Home or Permanent Residence and then having to deal with the Insurance Company, when you might not know / understand the Cover arranged and the process to present the Claim through to settlement.
You may however have already presented the Claim to your Insurers and for whatever reason, the Claim has been declined and you require a review and a professional opinion on that decision and whether there are grounds to appeal.
I am ACII qualified and experienced International Loss Adjuster, with 30+ years experience and based in Southern Spain, having dealt with Insurance related Claims in UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Cyprus, Greece, and Hurricane damages in the Caribbean.
I am ideally placed to provide you with assistance / guidance, with the Insurance Claims process of submitting the Claim to your Insurers, regardless of whether this is to local Country based Insurers, UK Ex-Pat Insurers or to Others.

Then and depending on the review / recommendations, further input / advice may be required and or a site inspections so that a detailed report and photos can be produced, which would be subject to separate terms and conditions / costs to be discussed / agreed
